I HATE STREP!!!!

I officially hate strep! This is the third time we are dealing with a strep outbreak in our family over the past two or three months! I am so tired of the bug. I am sick of replacing toothbrushes, giving lectures about sharing drinks, and making people wash their hands obsessively. Anyway, I am anxiously awaiting the warm spring weather and slow down of illnesses that generally accompanies it. The kids and I are keeping busy with school and sports. The kids are studying hard but starting to get more and more spring fever as the warm weather sporadically comes and teases us. They are getting out more and more. They all enjoy going outside and playing ball in the yard. Here is a picture of Aubrie when she plays "CSI" in our yard.

Happy Easter. We have enjoyed the day dying eggs, eating candy, visiting with Aunt Molly, and playing basketball and baseball in the snow. BJ is now in baseball mode and has to practice it every day. Rain, Sun, or Snow!

I am not good at things domestic or anything time consuming basically. I am in a time consuming hole called kids that are super busy in sports and school and extracurricular activities! I am also unwilling to give up sleep to do this blog. Anyway, I will try and slowly add pics and news to this blog so you guys can see what we are doing over here in the Midwest! Love Amy

Had to Brag on the Hubby

Toby, sorry, I know you hate it when I brag on you.... but I have to....someone's gotta do it! You are such a hard worker. Toby has recently been awarded the cardiology fellowship at Grandview hospital here in Dayton, OH. It is the culmination of years of hard work and years without sleep! We love you Toby and are very proud of you. He will be starting the program this July and upon completion will be a licensed practicing heart doc. Yipee! Love ya Tobe.
